Terms of Service

Terms and conditions for cleaning services provided by Detailing Solutions Krew, trading as DSK Cleaning.

1. Services

DSK Cleaning provides specialist property cleaning services including pre-sale cleaning, end of lease cleaning, post-build cleaning, strata maintenance, high pressure washing, soft wash cleaning, window cleaning, internal cleaning, solar panel cleaning, roof and gutter cleaning, and commercial and industrial cleaning.

All services are delivered by directly employed, police-checked staff. We do not use subcontractors.

2. Service Areas

We service the following regions across New South Wales:

  • Sydney (all metro areas)
  • Central Coast
  • Lake Macquarie
  • Newcastle

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is fixed — the price quoted is the price you pay. Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Once a quote is accepted, we will schedule your service at a mutually agreed date and time. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We accept:

  • Bank transfer (EFT)
  • Credit card and debit card
  • Monthly invoicing for commercial and strata contracts (via Xero)

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

7. Insurance

DSK Cleaning holds $20 million public liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance is available on request. In the unlikely event of accidental damage during service, our insurance covers the cost of repair or replacement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSK Cleaning’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service fee paid. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear not caused by our work
  • Consequential or indirect losses
  • Damage caused by faulty fittings, fixtures, or surfaces

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Access and Site Conditions

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the service area. We reserve the right to decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe. Any hazards (e.g. asbestos, structural issues) must be disclosed before work begins.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
