Peter built DSK around pre-sale presentation cleaning first, working closely with real estate agents who needed a reliable team that understood what buyers notice during inspections. That focus on detail and accountability quickly earned referrals into strata management, end of lease, and post-build cleaning — and what started as a single-operator business grew into a directly employed team servicing four regions across NSW.

Today, DSK covers Sydney, the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches. Every team member is a direct employee — not a subcontractor — and every person on site is police-checked and trained in our methods before they set foot on a client's property.
