What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and debit card for one-off and recurring cleaning services. For strata bodies, commercial clients, and ongoing maintenance contracts, we offer monthly invoicing through Xero with net-14 or net-30 payment terms available by arrangement. Every invoice is clear, fully itemised by service and location, and sent promptly after each completed job. We are happy to work with your accounts payable process, purchase order systems, or strata management software to make payments as seamless as possible. If you have specific billing requirements, just let us know when setting up your account.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can reallocate our team effectively and offer the slot to another client. We understand that plans change — especially around settlement dates, construction delays, and tenant move-outs — so we are as flexible as possible when circumstances shift unexpectedly. For ongoing contracts and strata maintenance schedules, we simply ask for reasonable notice if you need to pause, adjust, or reschedule your service. There are no cancellation fees for standard rebookings made within the notice period, and we will always try to reschedule you as soon as possible.

Do you offer same-day service?

Same-day and next-day service is available depending on our current schedule and your location across Sydney, the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, or Newcastle. For urgent requests such as pre-auction cleans, emergency graffiti removal, or outbreak decontamination, call us directly on 0423 668 766 and we will do our best to dispatch a team the same day. While advance booking is always preferred, we keep capacity available for time-sensitive jobs because we know property deadlines do not always come with notice.
