Homes
Bedrooms, living areas, stairs and hallways in houses and apartments across the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, and Hills District acreage homes.
Pre-sale
Carpet cleaned as part of getting a property ready for sale. It can go in the same quote as your pre-sale clean, one team and one invoice.
End of lease
Carpet cleaned for the final inspection, on its own or with an end of lease clean. You get a tax invoice you can pass on to the property manager.
Commercial & strata
Offices, shops and the common areas of strata buildings, such as corridors and stairs. Work can be done outside business hours. Regular cleaning can be set up on a schedule, quoted for the building.
How a Carpet Clean Runs
Quote first
Tell us the rooms or areas, the carpet type if you know it, and any problem spots. A photo or two helps. You get a written quote before anything is booked.
Vacuum and look
We vacuum the carpet first so we are not working loose dirt into it, and check the problem areas.
Pre-treat
Heavily marked areas and traffic lanes are pre-treated before extraction.
Extract
We go over the carpet with a professional carpet extraction machine, working solution in and the dirty water back out.
Groom and dry
The pile is groomed, and we get good airflow through the room to help the carpet dry. You are told what to do after the clean.
Why We Quote Carpet First
No two carpet jobs are the same, so we do not publish a rate. The quote is based on:
- The area to be cleaned
- The carpet type
- The condition of the carpet and any problem spots
- Access and how many rooms or levels

We use a professional carpet extraction machine. It works cleaning solution into the carpet and pulls the dirty water back out, after we have vacuumed and pre-treated the problem areas.
Carpet stays damp for a while after it has been extracted. We get good airflow through the room to help it dry, and we will tell you what to do after the clean. We do not put a time on it, because it depends on the carpet, the room and the weather.
Not always, and we will tell you so. Some stains, old marks and worn patches do not come out fully. We look at the problem spots when we quote and tell you what to expect before we start.
Yes. We can do the carpet with a pre-sale clean or an end of lease clean, or on its own. One team, one tax invoice. Ask for it in the same quote.
Yes. We clean carpet in offices, shops and strata buildings, and work can be done outside business hours so staff, customers and residents are not walking across wet carpet. Regular carpet cleaning on a schedule can be quoted for the building.
