Yes — $20M public liability on every job. Fully OHS compliant with documentation available on request.
Do you use subcontractors?
Peter, the owner, is hands-on on every job, so you always deal directly with him. On larger jobs he occasionally brings in trusted, vetted help, always under his direct supervision and to the same standard.
How quickly do you respond to quote requests?

What’s included in a pre-sale clean?
Full interior (kitchen, bathrooms, oven, rangehood) and exterior (pressure wash, windows, garage) to a photo-ready standard. 48-hour turnaround available.
Do you guarantee bond return for end-of-lease cleans?
Our end-of-lease cleaning follows REINSW standards. If the agent finds anything after our clean, we return and fix it at no extra cost.
Can you work on weekends?
Yes — 7-day availability including weekends and public holidays, subject to scheduling.
