If it’s not right, I come back
Walk around with me when I’m done. Anything you’re not happy with, I fix it before I leave — or I come back and redo it at no charge. The price we agree before we start is the price you pay either way.
I do these myself, so there are only so many wash days in a week. If you want a particular date, book early rather than late — once the calendar’s full it’s full.

Driveway parking, walkable side passages, no rope-access or scaffolding work. Rope or scaffold required? Happy to quote separately.
Standard size
Prices are for a typical family home. A large home, including a big single-storey, or very large decks, pool surrounds or acreage, is quoted on the day. Send a photo and we’ll price it within 24 hours.
Standard condition
Regular maintenance clean. Heavy mould or lichen, render damage, dried algae crust, or pre-paint prep are quoted on the day — your call to add them or not.
What you actually pay
The $999 / $1,299 / $1,599 price is what you pay for a standard wash. Anything else is quoted and agreed before we start, your call. Nothing added after the fact.
