Regular visits
Paving and paths cleaned, cobwebs cleared from entries, eaves and outdoor areas, terraces, balconies and pool surrounds washed down, leaves and debris cleared, marks spot cleaned.
Through the year
A full external house wash, external and internal windows, a roof soft wash with gutter guard cleaned and gutters checked, and a solar panel clean.
How a Plan Gets Started
Walk-through
Peter comes out and goes over the property with you, or with whoever is looking after it.
Your plan in writing
You get a written plan with the jobs, how often they happen and the price: quarterly, monthly, fortnightly or weekly. Add or take out anything you like.
Set the dates
We set the dates together and work around anything you have on.
We look after it
Visits happen on schedule for the 12 months. Pay monthly, or for the year upfront.
One Person Responsible for Your Home
Owner-run
Peter goes over the property with you and writes your plan himself. He stays your contact and answers for the standard of the work.
Put right at no charge
If something isn't right, tell us and we'll come back and put it right at no charge.
Price locked for 12 months
One agreed price for the year, in writing, with extras priced before we start.

Frequently Asked Questions
Every home is different, so a plan is priced for your home after a walk-through. You get the plan in writing with the price before you decide. There is no price list on this page.
We tailor a package to suit you: quarterly, monthly, fortnightly or even weekly. We work out what suits your home at the walk-through.
A plan is a 12-month agreement with the price locked for the 12 months. If a monthly plan ends early, any work already done is charged at the normal prices listed in your plan, less what you have paid. If you pay for the year upfront, you get a better price and we complete the work in your plan, but that payment is not refundable if you change your mind. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Either. We can invoice you at the start of each month, or once for the year at the start of the plan at a better price. Payment is by bank transfer.
We set the dates with you and work around anything you have on. Tell us at the walk-through how you would like access to work.
Repairs, pool cleaning and chemicals, garden work such as pruning and weeding, and cleaning inside the house are not part of the plan. Any of these can be quoted separately.
Just ask. If it is outside the plan, we will price it for you before we start.
