In an apartment, the glass and the balcony are the photos
Most listing shots of a high-rise unit are taken towards the windows. Dust, rain spots and handprints on big panes of glass turn up in every one of them. The balcony is usually the next thing a buyer looks at, and grime from the busy roads below builds up in its corners and along the door tracks. We clean the glass we can safely reach from inside and from the balcony, wash the balcony floor and balustrade, then do the interior, so the unit reads as bright and looked after.
On the houses, it's shade, brick and garden edges
Away from the centre, Chatswood’s streets are lined with established trees and older brick homes. Walls on the shaded side turn green, driveways and paths darken with moss, and gutters fill with leaves. We wash these houses at low pressure, so brick, mortar, paint and render come up clean without being damaged.

Close by in Castlecrag we’ve worked regularly this year, sealing sandstone after cleaning it, removing rust from pavers, doing solar panels and gutters, and cleaning interiors once the builders had gone. Turramurra, further north, gave us two full exterior jobs in 2025, so leafy blocks and big trees are familiar ground.
