Why Collaroy Is Different
Salt on the beachfront
Near the beach, onshore wind leaves salt on glass, balustrades, aluminium frames and balconies. A quick hose just spreads it. We dissolve the salt first, then finish the glass and metal, so ocean views look clear in the photos and the balustrades don’t show streaks.
Steep blocks on the Plateau
Above the beach, many homes sit on steep blocks with long stairs, retaining walls and decks built out for the view. Those decks and balconies are the selling feature, so they get washed as carefully as the house.
