More ground to cover
A long driveway, a turning area, garden paths and a pool surround can add up to more hard surface than the house itself. Under trees, all of it greens over with moss and algae, and it’s the first thing a buyer sees on the way in. We pressure wash the hard surfaces that can take it, treat the moss so it’s slower to return, and keep the soft wash for the house.
Pools and bushland edges
The pool is usually one of the lead photos. Coping, paving and glass fencing around it collect water marks, mould and leaf stains. On the bush side of the block, shade and damp do the same to fences, decks and back walls. We’ll check access and water supply from your photos.

Our work in and around St Ives
- August and December 2025: a full exterior clean on each of two Turramurra homes, covering a house and roof soft wash, the gutters, pressure washing and water-fed pole window cleaning outside. The second job, in December, added internal windows and solar panels.
- Since July 2026: strata common areas in North Turramurra, cleaned every fortnight and still running.
Both are leafy, tree-covered areas close to St Ives, with much the same trees, shade and moss.
