Stairs, landings and side paths
Plenty of Curl Curl blocks are steep enough that getting from the street to the back deck means outdoor stairs, landings and a narrow side path. Those spend half the day in shade and grow a slippery green film, and they’re the route every buyer takes at the open home. We’ll check access and water supply from your photos, then plan the clean around the slope.
Sea air off the beach
Near the beach, the onshore wind leaves a dull film on windows, aluminium frames, flyscreens and glass balustrades. Out of the sun, the same moist air lets mould settle on eaves and the shady side of the house. In listing photos that film reads as a haze across the view. We clear it from the glass and rails, and soft wash the shaded walls so paint and render aren’t damaged.

In October 2025, a short drive south in Queenscliff, we gave a pool area, paths, entrances, retaining walls and the driveway a chemical pre-treatment and pressure wash: the same kind of hard surfaces that line a sloping Curl Curl block. Next door in Freshwater we’ve worked on apartments, and Manly is where we do the most work.
