Traffic leaves a grey film on anything that faces the road: windows, frames, balcony rails and the balcony floor. It builds up faster than most owners notice, and it dulls every photo taken towards the light. A quick wipe only smears it. It needs a proper clean of the glass, the frames and the tracks.
Units that look over the bay
Closer to the water, the view is what’s being sold. Harbour air leaves a salt haze on glass and balustrades, and balconies in shade collect mould on their ceilings and in the corners. In a strata building, the foyer and stairwell are part of a buyer’s first impression too, and those need the strata’s OK before anyone cleans them.
