Face brick darkens on the shady side, verandah floors and front steps carry the dirt of every visitor, and leadlight needs a light touch. We soft wash the brick, clean the verandah and front steps, and take care around old glass and timber.
Under the street trees
Mature trees drop leaves onto roofs and into gutters, and keep front paths and fences in shade. That shows up as blocked gutters, dark streaks on fascias and moss on the front steps. The front garden and the walk to the door are a buyer’s first impression, so they’re cleaned along with the house, not left for last.
