Standard 12-month service agreement with locked monthly pricing — gives your committee budget certainty for the financial year and lets us invest in your building. Annual CPI-linked review at renewal, transparent variation process for one-off works, and a 60-day termination-for-cause clause if the service ever falls short. Optional 24-month agreement available with a 5% rate hold (no annual CPI uplift).
What's the difference between weekly and monthly cleaning?
Weekly cleaning covers all common areas — lobbies, corridors, stairwells, lifts, bin rooms, and car parks — every week to maintain a consistently high standard.
