Queenscliff is the northern end of Manly beach: a low headland, the streets behind the sand, and Manly Lagoon close by. Salt and sand blow onto everything outside, and the hard surfaces around a home (pool area, paths, retaining walls, driveway) are often what looks most tired in the listing photos. We pre-treated and pressure washed exactly those surfaces on a Queenscliff property in October 2025, and Manly next door is where we work most. Owner-operated, $20M insured, Peter on every job.

Why Queenscliff Is Different
Hard surfaces take the beating
This close to the beach, the wind carries sand and salt onto paths, driveways, entries and pool surrounds. Some streets rise away from the beach, and where a block has retaining walls, rain running down them leaves dark algae streaks. A buyer walks over and past all of it before reaching the front door, so it gets the same care as the house.
The headland and the lagoon
Out on the headland, glass and balconies take the full sea air, and salt builds up quickly on frames and balustrades. Down towards the lagoon it’s more sheltered, but walls that sit in shade stay damp longer and grow mould. Different streets bring different problems, and we plan each quote around the one you’ve got.

In October 2025 we did a chemical pre-treatment and pressure wash on a Queenscliff property: the pool area, paths, entrances, retaining walls and the driveway. Manly, right next door, is our busiest suburb: house washes, balconies, windows and interiors. We’ve also worked on apartments in Freshwater, on Queenscliff’s northern side.
